The job function of the Accounting Office includes: Making the estimates of revenue, expenditure, and budget of the Prison. Making the budget distribution form of revenue and expenditure of the Prison. Making the accounting report and biannual report of revenue and expenditure of the Prison. Making the annual accounts of the Prison. Responsible for the review of accounting events, preparing vouchers and payment statements, publishing and checking the accounting book of the Prison. Responsible for the document examination for the operations fund and preparing income/expenditure statement. Responsible for supervising the procurement of the Prison. Making the estimate, budget, account, and accounting report for the operations funs of the Prison.
